Confident Transition: Following this onboarding, residents transition smoothly into their independent Matra Home Care apartments, where smart health technology is already a natural part of their daily routine.
The Invisible Shield of Otthonmonitor (Home Monitor): Our apartments are equipped with cutting-edge home monitor kits. These discrete, camera-free, non-wearable sensors monitor daily physiological routines in the background, alerting our staff instantly to unusual inactivity or potential falls.
Taking Security Home: The core of our Living Lab model is that the knowledge and validated home monitor sensor kits acquired here can be deployed directly into private family homes elsewhere, enhancing traditional home care with a 24/7 digital safety net.
Predictable, Transparent Costs with No Hidden Fees
Our pricing model is built on absolute transparency and separation of living costs from care services. You never pay for medical or care services you do not actively use.
Base Living Fee:The rental fee for your private apartment, including access to building infrastructure and community spaces, with standard utility billing.
Modular Care Packages:The cost of personalized home care assistance (billed hourly or via a fixed monthly package), strictly limited to the level of support you request.
Home monitor Service Fee:Monthly access and 24/7 dispatch monitoring fee for the smart sensor system.

1. What are the apartments like, and what furniture is included?
Every resident enjoys an independent, single-occupancy, fully furnished apartment with a private bathroom, offering the comfort of a premium hotel room.
Standard Amenities: Comfortable single bed, wardrobe with hanging space/hooks, nightstand, table, chair, and a mini kitchenette.
Complimentary Add-ons Upon Request: Armchair, Smart TV, and textiles.
Air Conditioning: All apartments have built-in AC units. Optional during the 5-month cooling season for an additional net HUF 20,000 / month.
2. How much are the rental fees, and what do they cover?
Monthly Rent: net HUF 250,000 / month
Utilities: net HUF 50,000 / month
In addition to private apartment use, the rental fee fully covers access to common areas, the community hall, and participation in all free community activities.
3. Is Matra Home Care a nursing home? How does care work?
Our facility is not a nursing home or care home. Instead, we combine independent living with the benefits of modern, tech-assisted home care services.
Care & Nursing Fee: net HUF 5,500 / hour.
Recommended Schedule: We generally recommend 2×2 hours per week (at least 1 session per week), or customize the care plan to individual preferences.
4. What community and health programs are available?
Our activities focus on maintaining vitality, wellness, and social engagement:
Community Events: Resident-led discussions, social gatherings, and recreational programs.
Health and Rehabilitation Activities: Regular health check-ups, group exercises, and lifestyle consultations.
Optional Room Monitoring: Advanced smart monitoring systems available to track daily activity and health metrics in the resident's private room.
5. Are meals provided?
Meals are not included in the rental and utility fees. Residents can manage their meals independently, with family assistance, or via external meal delivery providers (our staff is happy to assist in coordinating delivery options).
6. What is the difference between Matra Home Care and the adjacent Vitalitas Rezidencia?
Matra Home Care: Designed for long-term independent living with modular home care assistance.
Vitalitas Rezidencia (adjacent building): Hosts guests for short-term stays (a few days to a few weeks) focused on educational training and learning to use smart health-monitoring tools. (Rezidencia rates with full board: Single room: net HUF 15,000/day; Double room: net HUF 20,000/day).
